Cafe Manager Pro for Internet Cafes 3.8.4 is the shareware application tool that can help you to manage your cyber caf矩n all aspects. It helps you in all the day to day activity in a cyber caf矢y keeping the record - charging bills for surfing, printing, snacks, drinks, scanners, CD-RW and other services provided to the customer. Its Control client PCs with Screen Shield allows you to keep a control over the access of vital and confidential sections of your computer. It can do Reporting and Membership service allows you to keep the complete record of your members and manage their accounts separately. It allows you to accept payments in 3 different ways i.e., pay as you leave, pay in advance and use it on the same day and lastly pre-paid membership that allows the customers to use their paid money whenever required. Its End of Shift report allows you to keep the records of all the activities and earnings shift-wise. These reports can be saved in read-only files and can be sent to Word documents and Excel sheets. This application also allows you to create and print receipt for the customers which includes the information like time used, charge, computer number, sold snacks and drinks and any other service used.

Our cyber cafe software supports 3 major payment methods widely used in Internet cafes:
- Play as you Go: Customer pays after he finished using the PC. Charge calculated based on time spent and selected charge rate.
- Pre-Paid: Customer pays before he starts using the PC. There are 2 options:
If the customer wants to spend an exact amount of money, the program will calculate time based on selected charge rate.
If the customer wants to spend a specific amount of time, the program will calculate the charge based on selected charge rate.
- Membership, Pre-Paid. Your regular customers or members can lodge money to their accounts and then use it over a period of time until account is depleted.
Use End of Shift report to keep track on shifts earnings and get information about charged items for this shift, computer and employee. Report is generated and saved in non-editable format but as with all our reports it can be exported to MS Excel or a text document.
Print receipt for the customer. Receipts can be configured to include as much or as little information as you choose.
Charge for time used, PC number, start and end time, sold drinks, snacks or other services.
